Introduction to Rally Training

We want your recruiting to be a smashing success!

Rallies have proven to be our most effective tool in recruiting both girls and adults.  Rallies aren't just for Fall recruiting - they can be held year-round!

If you are considering using some other recruitment process, please discuss your options with your Service Unit Membership Recruitment Team, Service Unit Manager, or Membership Executive.  Rallies don't have to be held at a school--try a local church, park, or bank community room if your school won't permit you to schedule a Rally in their facility.

This module is designed to familiarize you with the Rally process.

As you start, please understand that we have made the following assumptions about you:

  • You are the Troop Organizer, or
  • You are a member of the Service Unit Membership Recruitment Team (and you will work with the Troop Organizer to see that appropriate follow-up occurs), or
  • You are new to recruiting, or
  • You haven't done a Rally recently
  • You are the kind of learner that can read and absorb materials on your own.  If you are more of a hands-on learner we encourage you to attend one of the group Rally Training sessions!

Please have your Rally Folder handy as you work through this module.
